Security Patrol, Home Watch & Property Check Services
Our security patrol units can visit any private property and perform a complete exterior property check whenever you want. You can order individual property checks only when you want them, or you can add your property to one of our regular mobile patrol routes for any period of time and any visit frequency.
Real Time Reporting
Every patrol visit includes a full property check patrol report emailed straight to you from the property.
Verification of Services
All property checks and patrol routes are logged via GPS tracking and each property check report includes a real time GPS position and time stamped image taken at the property during the patrol visit.
Security patrol checks/property inspections are full EXTERIOR ONLY security and property condition inspections. This includes the property access, the grounds and the exteriors of all buildings on the property. Security patrol agents will make an attempt to visually inspect the interiors of buildings on the property from the outside where reasonably possible.

- Security Check of all Doors and Windows
- Unknown Persons present will be questioned
- Unknown Vehicle presence documented
- Police and/or owner/client representative advised as necessary
- Detailed report sent immediately to you via email from the property
Interior Inspections & Home Watch Services
In addition to our exterior propert check services, our patrol units can check on your home’s interior as well. Commonly referred to as home watch services, patrol agents can act as a keyholder and keep an eye on the interior of your home as well as the plumbing, heating and other mechnical systems. As your keyholder, our agents can also be available to respond to burglar and environmental alarm activations at the property. Contact us for more information.
Wellness Checks
There are many reasons to use a security patrol service to check in on loved ones and other individuals. While the police do respond to wellness checks, there needs to be a clear reason for police involvement, like a health issue, or the person is believed to be home and has been unreachable by phone, or their mail is piled up. Repeated general wellness checks are considered a nuisance for police and in some cases, having the police respond to a wellness check can result in liability for the property owner and/or persons on the property.
Use our security patrols as a check in service for your elderly parents, family members, children, or friends when you can’t be there. A security patrol unit can make personal contact with anyone at the property to check in with them and report back to you.
Going away on business, or for a vacation and leaving teenage children at home? Our mobile patrol units can assess the situation at the property discretely and/or make contact with them as you desire to ensure the safety of both your children and your property.
Do you live away from Cape Cod and have concerns over the safety and/or well being of elderly parents, relatives or other family members that live here? A security patrol unit can go to their home to check on them to make sure everything is OK after a storm, or power outage for example. If there are any problems, we can contact you and/or the proper services if necessary.
Business & Commercial Patrols
Mobile drive through patrols for commercial properties to monitor parking lots, property grounds, buildings, equipment and vehicles. Commercial patrols can also include foot patrols to perform physical checks of gates, doors, access points and areas of the property not accessible by vehicle patrol.
